1.大白菜或娃娃菜洗净切成小块。

2.冻豆腐提前解冻泡软。

3.锅内放油烧热然后放入葱花爆香,放入白菜大火翻炒均匀。

4.放入冻豆腐,继续翻炒几下。

5.加少许蚝油盐调味。

6.翻炒均匀后放入适量清水,转中火烧至充分入味。
